We deployed a new feature that had an impact on our notification delivery.

We observed a partial degradation in our notification delivery that affected a small subset of our customers (US Data centre only). This issue started at 7:15 AM UTC and a fix has been deployed. The impact of this roughly lasted for about 3 hours.

We will be performing a platform migration for our Support Portal on Wednesday, Aug 10, 2022 at 7:40am UTC, which is expected to take upto 1 hour.

We expect no disruption in service, although a minimal performance decrease may occur during the time of switch.
