Problem with Incident notification
Monitoring

We identified an issue impacting some of our US region customers on November 17, 2023, from 3:30 PM to 06:15 PM GMT.

During this period, the following services experienced partial degradation:

  • SMS/Phone/Email notifications
  • Slack/MS Teams and Hangout integration
  • Incident Deduplication
  • Webhooks

We've implemented a solution, and all services are now fully operational. Our team continues to monitor the situation closely.

Public Status Pages were inaccessible for some users
Resolved

We identified that some of our users were unable to access Public Status Page between Nov 8, 2023 18:55 to 19:10 UTC and Nov 8, 2023 21:41 to 21:58 UTC.

A large number of requests to certain Status Page APIs resulted in high CPU utilization in our servers. Due to this some users trying to access Status Pages during this period would have experienced latency issues or timeouts.

We've now resolved this issue. Users will be able to access the Public Status Pages without any latency.
