A subset of our customers may notice a degradataion in webhook deliverability and logging.

A small section of our user base (US data center) are affected where either incidents were not created or resolved in the last 28 minutes. This issue began at 10:30:30 PM IST, 21/01/2023.

This is due to a partial degradation in our incident processing service. We are actively working on resolving the same.
