We have confirmed that the Webapp is operational in the US datacenter with incident creation and notification dispatch functioning normally. Webapp remains down in the EU datacenter and we are seeing partial degradation in EU incident management capabilities, affecting both the creation of new incidents and notification dispatch. Our teams are prioritizing the full restoration of the Webapp in the EU region and stabilizing all associated EU incident management services.
A fix has been successfully deployed and all services are now restored. We are monitoring to ensure full stability and performance.
The issue with our upstream service has been fully resolved. All web, mobile, and APIs are now functioning normally.
