EU Data center ingestion partial degradation detected
Between 10:50 AM GMT and 11:00 AM GMT today, our EU data center experienced a brief slowdown due to high demand, resulting in high latency and a small subset of incidents being unable to be processed. This affected a limited number of customers in the EU region. The issue has been resolved, and our systems are operating normally. Our team is monitoring the situation and working on proactive measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
Issue: We are currently experiencing issues with deep linking from incident URLs from SMS Notification.
Impact: Users won't be able to access incidents on the mobile app via deep-linked URLs. Regular incident views, manual navigation, and navigation from push notifications are unaffected.
Resolution: Our team has identified a fix and is actively working on it. A mobile app update with the fix will be published to the PlayStore and App Store soon.
