Partial Degradation In EU Datacenter
Investigating

EU Data center ingestion partial degradation detected

(UTC)
Resolved

Between 10:50 AM GMT and 11:00 AM GMT today, our EU data center experienced a brief slowdown due to high demand, resulting in high latency and a small subset of incidents being unable to be processed. This affected a limited number of customers in the EU region. The issue has been resolved, and our systems are operating normally. Our team is monitoring the situation and working on proactive measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
